A Little Bit About Me...

It all began at BBDO at the dawn of the new Millennium, where I started as a bright eyed intern in the year 2000. My accounts included Pepsi, Tropicana, Mars, Parmalat, Fallsview Casino, M&M’s, Guinness, Harvey’s, Campbell’s, Frito Lay, Kids Help Phone and Shaw Cable. As a copywriter and Associate Creative Director I had the opportunity to flex my creative muscles on many award winning projects.

I made the jump to Group Creative Director at Ogilvy where as second in command I led accounts such as Cadbury, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Tim Hortons, the Ministry of Health, while also launching Rashers, the world’s first bacon sandwich shop (a bit of a moral dilemma for a Jewish creative, but hey I got through it).

In 2015 I joined Anomaly as Creative Director. Since starting at Anomaly I’ve overseen all of the work for Hershey’s Canada - a portfolio of 12 brands including such icons as Reese, Hershey’s Almond, Oh Henry!, Twizzlers, and Kisses. Beginning in 2019 I took over leadership responsibilities on BRP, overseeing their key brands Can-Am, Ski-Doo and the BRP Marine portfolio of Evinrude, Alumacraft and Manitou. While leading the Hershey’s and BRP businesses I do still love getting my creative hands dirty and doing the work. One of my major creative highlights while at Anomaly was launching #LightUpTheNation, one of the most successful Budweiser campaigns ever and one of the biggest Canadian award winners of 2017.

2021 saw me joining Rethink Toronto, Canada’s most awarded agency, where I’ve led a variety of accounts such as Kraft, Molson, Nescafe, Scotiabank and The Keg.

But hey, work isn't everything. When I'm not building brands you can find me playing guitar, doing voice work as a member of ACTRA and trying to live vicariously though my kids.
